Ashley is a Certified Athletic Therapist who specializes in treating acute and chronic muscle, bone, and joint injuries. Using the sports medicine model to rehabilitate your injuries, athletic therapy can aid with a faster recovery time and decrease chances of further or recurring injury.
Treatment methods include: Cryotherapy, thermotherapy, T.E.N.S. I.F.C., ultrasound, muscle stimulation, exercise and stretching techniques. She is also now trained in massage cupping.
